Welcome to bldbl.dev, operated by Junghard Software AB ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of our service.

Our service is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. Each user must create and maintain their own individual account; shared accounts are prohibited.

• Plans: We offer a 7-day free trial with full access. After the trial, users may subscribe to our Pro Plan at USD 15/month (monthly or annual billing).
• Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept the payment methods supported by Stripe.
• Cancellation & Refunds: You may cancel your subscription at any time via the bldbl.dev dashboard. Refunds are prorated for any unused portion of the subscription period.

• Active Accounts: We retain your project plans, tasks, and associated data for as long as your account remains active.
• Canceled Accounts: Upon cancellation, we will retain your data for up to one year, after which it will be deleted.
• Violation Terminations: If your account is terminated due to violation of these Terms, all associated data will be deleted immediately.

You agree not to submit content that:

• Violates any applicable laws or regulations;
• Is obscene, offensive, defamatory, or discriminatory;
• Infringes on the intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
• Contains viruses, malware, or other harmful code.

We reserve the right to remove any prohibited content and terminate accounts responsible for violations.

• We are committed to compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
• We use third-party services including Supabase (authentication and data storage), Stripe (payments), and Vercel (hosting and analytics).

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Accounts terminated for cause will have all data deleted immediately; accounts voluntarily canceled will follow the Data Retention Policy above.

Your use of bldbl.dev is at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Junghard Software AB disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the service will be resolved in the small claims court of Gothenburg, Sweden, under Swedish law.

You may opt out of non-essential communications (e.g., newsletters, product updates) by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by adjusting your preferences in your account settings.

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or through an in-app notice. Your continued use after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict of law principles.
